Energized Faith

One of the most fundamental concepts that God wants us to grasp is the power of our faith connected to Jesus.

The Bible says, “For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but faith working through love” (Galatians 5:6, NKJV).

Your faith is alive and powerful because it is energized by God’s love. In Christ, faith is not passive or weak—it is active, effective.

It leads us into all God has in store for us!

The Greek word for “working” in this verse is energeō, meaning empowered, effective, and actively producing results.
In other words, your faith comes alive through a personal encounter with God’s love.

You don’t have to generate faith in your own strength. When your heart becomes rooted in God’s love, faith flows naturally because love energizes your faith and trust in God.

If you know God is for you, if you’re confident in his goodness, you will step out in faith with boldness to trust him through all things. That’s why experiencing God’s love is crucial to every aspect of spiritual growth and victory.

Paul drives this home in Romans 8:38–39: “nothing can separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

This is the anchor of our faith: nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ. His love is steadfast and never fails.
Hebrews 12:2 calls us to “look unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.”

The implies a focused, undistracted gaze on Jesus, it is telling us to turn away from the noise of the world and center our full attention on Jesus.

God called you, he is at work in you, and he will bring you into his promises. He energizes your faith and makes it effective.
Your part is to keep your eyes on Jesus Christ. This is how you persevere during difficult times.

Your faith doesn’t need to start big. It just needs to be rooted in a God who IS BIG and loves you perfectly.

The more you trust and believe, the more your faith grows and the more you are able to see God’s faithfulness.

Faith is your shield (Ephesians 6:16) against the flaming arrows of doubt, fear, and discouragement. Each time you say, “Jesus, I trust You,” you’re letting his love energize your faith. Stand firm and watch as he works on your behalf.
