My name is Jason L. Flowers.  I am the pastor at Transformation Community Church.   I am excited and encouraged to be a part of this journey with each of you.  A little bit about me.  I am a child of God.  I am excited about being a child of God.  It holds a great responsibility and holds great promise.  I am married and have four children (two daughters and two sons) a grandson and two granddaughters. I call home Indianapolis, IN where I served as an Associate Pastor for several years before recently coming to the Surprise, AZ area.  I am an avid sports fan and love to travel abroad.

My vision is to transform the lives of people through the word of God and the love of Christ everywhere. My mission is to build strong relationships with my community and grow the kingdom through church multiplication.  I have a strong desire to plant churches across Arizona and in different countries.  I received my ministry training from Indiana Wesleyan Seminary where I earned my Master of Arts in Ministry.  I also hold a Masters of Business Administration degree.  I have aligned myself with a great pastoral leadership team and we are looking forward to connect and partner with the community in Surprise.

The greatest contributor to my spiritual formation is Jesus Christ.  I ask the Lord every day to “teach me thy ways oh Lord”.  I continually ask the Lord to make me, shape me and mold me to be more like Him.  There is nothing greater in the world than to be called by the Lord to serve His people.  That is what I live for.  I am so grateful for all the wonderful things the Lord has done for me and all the wonderful things the Lord has promised me.  He has brought me from a mighty long way.  His grace is sufficient and His mercy endures forever. I pray that all is well with you.  I pray that we continue to grow in the Lord.  I pray that you prosper and everything you touch be magnified by the Lord.

My wife, Renee Flowers, is a licensed and ordained minister.  She, too, has a heart that is chasing after the Lord.  Minister Renee is a certified Life Coach and has a strong ministry for women and marriages.  She is a co-author of the book “When Married Women Speak” and has held speaking engagements and conferences on such topics. Her love for the spiritual development of women and marriages is only superseded by her love for the Lord.
